Conversations with Administrators

My colleague, Dr. Dustin Hebert, sent the notes from the conversation that the administrators had at our mini-conference. We have them posted on Google so that attendees can make comments and ask for revisions. Please let me know if we missed anything or if you some clarifications/corrections to make.
